Roasted Honey Figs with Greek Yogurt

  • 300g of Greek yogurt
  • 8 fresh figs
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat the oven. To prepare the figs, cut a cross into each fig with a sharp knife three-quarters of the way down and squeeze to open out slightly.
  2. Mix the cinnamon and 4 tbsp honey together. Place the figs carefully on to a baking tray, drizzle with the honey and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until soft.
  3. Stir 1 tbsp honey into the Greek yogurt and serve with the figs.
