Roasted Honey Figs with Greek Yogurt

Figs roasted with honey and a hint of cinnamon served with Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- 300g of Greek yogurt
- 8 fresh figs
- 5 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
- Preheat the oven. To prepare the figs, cut a cross into each fig with a sharp knife three-quarters of the way down and squeeze to open out slightly.
- Mix the cinnamon and 4 tbsp honey together. Place the figs carefully on to a baking tray, drizzle with the honey and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until soft.
- Stir 1 tbsp honey into the Greek yogurt and serve with the figs.
