Chicken Pesto Pasta

Quick-and-easy pasta tossed with green pesto, chicken and Parmesan cheese.


  • 1 skinless chicken breast fillet, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 90g of penne pasta quills
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken and garlic over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.
  3. Toss together the pasta, pesto, chicken and half the Parmesan. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle on the remaining Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
