Salmon Linguine

Linguine tossed with flaked grilled salmon, lemon juice and black pepper.

  • 15g of Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  1. Preheat the grill. Place the salmon on a baking tray and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 10-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked and begins to flake.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the linguine according to the packet instructions.
  3. Flake the salmon into the linguine, add toss with the lemon juice and black pepper. Serve with the Parmesan cheese and extra lemon juice, added to taste.
