Creamy Pork Pasta

A deliciously creamy pork pasta dish with Parmesan and thyme.
Ingredients
- 3 pork sausages
- 75ml of single cream
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 90g of penne pasta quills
- 1/4 tsp English mustard
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp thyme

Method
- Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
- Meanwhile, separate the sausages and gently squeeze the meat out of the skins and shape into 2cm balls. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs for 5-6 minutes, or until cooked. Add the cream, thyme, and mustard and simmer for 1 minute.
- Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Season generously with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately topped with Parmesan cheese.
