Creamy Pork Pasta

A deliciously creamy pork pasta dish with Parmesan and thyme.

Ingredients

  • 3 pork sausages
  • 75ml of single cream
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 90g of penne pasta quills
  • 1/4 tsp English mustard
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp thyme

Method

  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, separate the sausages and gently squeeze the meat out of the skins and shape into 2cm balls. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs for 5-6 minutes, or until cooked. Add the cream, thyme, and mustard and simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Season generously with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately topped with Parmesan cheese.
